Leadership Change Announced at JENOPTIK AG

JENOPTIK AG has disclosed that Dr. Stefan Traeger will resign from his role as President and CEO effective February 15, 2026. After nearly nine years of leadership, Dr. Traeger departs through mutual agreement. The Supervisory Board has acknowledged his contributions and will initiate a thorough search for an appropriate successor.

This leadership announcement was made in alignment with Article 17 MAR of the EU Regulation No 596/2014. It represents a significant shift for JENOPTIK AG, as they seek to ensure continuity and sustained growth under new leadership.
