Jaguar Mining Inc. Sees 30% Boost in Gold Production for Q3 2026
Jaguar Mining Inc. reported a significant 30% year-over-year increase in gold production for Q3 2026. The increase was largely driven by enhanced operations at the Turmalina Mine and continued steady performance at the Pilar Mine. Jaguar produced a total of 12,981 ounces of gold this quarter, up from 10,002 ounces in Q3 2025.
The Turmalina Mine contributed 4,432 ounces, while the Pilar Mine added 8,549 ounces to the total production. The successful ramp-up of the Turmalina Mine accounted for 34% of total output, supported by the Faina orebody's increasing contribution.
Development work was robust, with a total of 2,099 meters completed, marking a 20% rise from the same quarter in 2025. The company also made significant progress in drilling, completing 11,394 meters, which underscores its commitment to resource expansion and production growth.
