Jaguar Mining Reveals Q3 2025 Results: Pilar's Solid Output and MTL Progress
Jaguar Mining Inc. has announced its third-quarter operational results for 2025, demonstrating resilience as the company advances its MTL complex resumption. The Pilar mine exclusively produced 10,002 ounces of gold, compared to 16,912 ounces in the same quarter last year due to the Turmalina mine's temporary suspension.
Pilar maintained steady performance with minor decreases in gold production and head grade, reflecting natural ore variability. Strategic development saw 1,494 meters completed, focusing on secondary development, while drilling at Pilar increased by 21% to 5,774 meters.
Turmalina mine's preparatory work, initiated in August, marked progress, as it surpassed planned meters, with key safety and ventilation improvements driven by close regulatory engagement.
Furthermore, Jaguar reported a cash position of $52 million as of September 30, 2025, supporting operations with favorable gold prices averaging $3,465 per ounce during the quarter.
