Jacques Bogart : Résultats annuels 2025 sous pression
Jacques Bogart annonce un chiffre d'affaires de 264,1 M€ en 2025, en baisse de 8,5% par rapport à 2024. Le groupe a été affecté par un contexte économique et géopolitique difficile. L'EBITDA reste positif à 27,3 M€, bien qu'en recul par rapport aux 41,8 M€ de l'année précédente.
La fermeture de 30 magasins non rentables en Europe a marqué une réorganisation stratégique visant à améliorer la flexibilité opérationnelle. Le résultat net atteint (22,6) M€, intégrant des charges liées à ces fermetures.
Malgré la dégradation du BFR, la capacité d'autofinancement reste solide à 19,9 M€. Cependant, l'endettement net a augmenté à 51,2 M€. Les discussions sont en cours pour restructurer la dette bancaire.
En 2026, Bogart poursuit sa stratégie d'amélioration de l'efficacité opérationnelle, notamment en France et en Belgique, tout en développant ses activités aux États-Unis et au Moyen-Orient.
