Jacques Bogart: 2025 Annual Results Under Pressure
Jacques Bogart announces revenue of €264.1 million in 2025, down 8.5% compared to 2024. The group has been impacted by a challenging economic and geopolitical environment. EBITDA remains positive at €27.3 million, although lower than the €41.8 million of the previous year.
The closure of 30 unprofitable stores in Europe marked a strategic reorganization aimed at improving operational flexibility. Net income reached €(22.6) million, including charges related to these closures.
Despite the deterioration in working capital requirements, cash flow from operations remains strong at €19.9 million. However, net debt has increased to €51.2 million. Discussions are underway to restructure bank debt.
In 2026, Bogart continues its strategy of improving operational efficiency, particularly in France and Belgium, while developing its activities in the United States and the Middle East.
