BOGART Cède sa Filiale Israélienne April Ltd
Le groupe BOGART a annoncé la cession de 100% des titres de sa filiale israélienne, April Cosmetics and Perfumes Store Chain Ltd (April Ltd), à April Holding D.K Ltd, propriété de David Konckier. Cette initiative renforce la structure financière du groupe.
La transaction, évaluée à 20.147.000 NIS (environ 5,8 M€), émane de la valorisation d'April Ltd par PwC et BDO. Cette opération a été approuvée par le Conseil d'administration de BOGART le 12 octobre 2026.
Avec ses 47 magasins, April Ltd a généré un chiffre d'affaires de 36,7 M€ en 2025. La cession reflète une stratégie d'organisation des filiales étrangères et une gestion optimisée des ressources financières au sein du groupe.
