Irving Resources Announces Yamagano Exploration Updates
Irving Resources Inc. shared updates on exploration at the Yamagano Joint Venture project in Kyushu, Japan. The company presented assay results from drill hole 25SY-002A, which reached 951.8 m in depth. This drill targeted southern resistive features, revealing gold-bearing intervals, with a peak at 2.11 g/t Au. These findings indicate potential gold system extensions below historical mining depths.
Irving's soil sampling from February to December 2025 covered 5.88 km², identifying structures for future exploration. The highest assay from surface rocks was 86.8 g/t Au. Planned 2026 activities include further exploration under an agreement with Shimadzu Ltd. The Yamagano project, a joint venture with Newmont and Sumitomo, showcases historical and exploration potential.
