IRES Reports Growth and Strategic Progress in FY 2025

Irish Residential Properties REIT plc (I-RES) has released its financial results for the year ending December 31, 2025, showcasing operational efficiency and strategic growth. Adjusted Earnings rose by 7.4% to €32.8 million, highlighting the asset recycling programme and sales exceeding book values. The net rental income (NRI) margin increased to 78.0%, driven by cost management. The IFRS NAV per share saw a 4.4% increase to 131.7 cents.
