IONOS Group SE Adjusts 2025 Forecast and Projects Growth for 2026

IONOS Group SE has adjusted its fiscal year 2025 forecast following strong new customer growth but slightly lower-than-expected revenue increases in key areas. The company now predicts a 6% currency-adjusted revenue growth, down from the previous 8%, with an adjusted EBITDA margin expected to reach 36.5%. Despite the downward adjustment, the adjusted EBITDA is anticipated to rise by 17% to approximately €480 million.

For the 2026 fiscal year, IONOS forecasts revenue growth to accelerate to about 7%, supported by both Web Presence & Productivity and Cloud Solutions sectors. The ongoing new customer influx from 2025 and increased upselling and cross-selling activities are expected to drive this growth. The firm also anticipates further profitability improvements, projecting a 10% rise in adjusted EBITDA to around €530 million, supported by AI-enhanced services.
