InVivo Group launches a public delisting offer for TERACT
On April 20, 2026, InVivo Group announced the launch of a public tender offer followed by a mandatory delisting of the ordinary shares and warrants (BSAR B) of TERACT. The proposed price is €3.12 per share and €0.0039 per warrant (BSAR B). The offer will last 15 trading days. If the legal conditions are met, InVivo may request a mandatory delisting, resulting in the transfer of the securities to InVivo, with cash compensation equal to the initial offer price.
The offer is made exclusively in France and is presented by InVivo Group, acting with Combat Holding, NJJ Capital, Imanes, and Palizer Investment. The information memorandum and financial data are available on the websites of TERACT and the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
