Investis Holding SA: Solid results in the first half of 2026
Investis Holding SA announced strong results for the first half of 2026. Rental income increased by 7%, while the real estate portfolio reached CHF 2.3 billion, with a loan-to-value (LTV) ratio reduced to 27.3%. The revaluation gain amounted to CHF 44 million. Net asset value (NAV) excluding deferred taxes rose to CHF 130.58. These results are attributable to strong residential demand in Switzerland and rigorous asset management.
EBITDA increased by 9.3% to CHF 26.7 million, exceeding the rise in rental income. Net profit, adjusted for revaluations, rose to CHF 30.1 million. Despite a profit distribution, the strength of the Group's financial structure is reflected in a capital adequacy ratio of 63.9%.
Investis anticipates stable performance for the second half of the year, despite market challenges. The strategy remains focused on residential real estate and a selective capital allocation, maintained through strict discipline.
