Investis Holding SA: Solid results and strategic expansion

Investis Holding SA announced a 38% increase in rental income and capital gains of CHF 71 million, equivalent to 3.4% of the portfolio. The total portfolio value reached CHF 2.1 billion, with a loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of 30.1%. The NAV per share increased to CHF 121.69. These results come against a backdrop of strong demand in the Swiss real estate market, despite a reduction in immigration compared to the previous year.

Revenue for the first half of 2025 is CHF 38.8 million, with rental income up 38%, mainly due to targeted acquisitions. EBITDA before revaluations is CHF 24.4 million, while EBIT reaches CHF 95.7 million. Net profit amounts to CHF 80.2 million, or CHF 6.28 per share. The previously divested Real Estate Services segment contributed a profit of CHF 122.2 million in 2024.

The financial structure remains solid, with a total balance sheet of CHF 2.2 billion and an equity ratio of 62.3%. Investis has doubled the size of its portfolio since its IPO in 2016. The company expects strong revenue growth and maintains a selective investment strategy for 2025.
