Results of the Inventiva General Meeting

On November 27, 2025, the Combined General Meeting of shareholders of Inventiva, a biopharmaceutical company specializing in therapies for metabolic steatohepatitis, was held in Paris under the chairmanship of Pierre Broqua. All proposed resolutions were adopted, except for the fifth. This resolution, which the Board of Directors had recommended against, aimed to authorize capital increases for an employee savings plan.

The Assembly also approved the Chief Executive Officer's remuneration policy as presented in the notice of meeting. The turnout was 56.432%, with 107,802,431 shares represented.
