The Vanguard Group Inc. Discloses Position in Intertek Group plc

The Vanguard Group, Inc. has publicly disclosed its position in Intertek Group plc, as required by Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code. In the disclosure dated April 29, 2026, Vanguard reported owning and controlling 8,622,235 ordinary shares of Intertek, representing a 5.60% interest in the company.

This release does not include any new securities rights or cash-settled derivatives related to Intertek. Furthermore, there are no stock-settled derivatives or agreements to purchase or sell Intertek securities, as disclosed by Vanguard.
