Intershop Reports Growth in Cloud Orders for First Nine Months of 2026

Intershop Communications AG announced a 29% increase in incoming cloud orders, reaching EUR 14.2 million in the first nine months of 2026. Despite a revenue decline to EUR 23.4 million, the company achieved a positive EBIT of EUR 0.2 million, thanks to cost-cutting initiatives. Cloud revenues rose slightly by 2% to EUR 15.7 million, now representing 67% of total revenues, up six points from the previous year.

Operating cash flow improved significantly to EUR 3.6 million. A decrease in total expenses by 13% contributed to this positive financial outcome. Additionally, gross profit was EUR 11.3 million with an increment in the gross margin to 48%.

Intershop CEO Markus Dränert stated that the cost discipline is yielding positive results, maintaining the recovery observed in late 2025. The company remains confident in its forecast for the year, expecting balanced EBIT results.
