Inter Parfums, a public limited company listed on Euronext Paris, has published its monthly statement regarding the total number of voting rights and shares as of December 31, 2025. The share capital consists of 83,795,092 shares. The total gross number of voting rights amounts to 144,986,026.
The total net number of voting rights, excluding treasury shares held as part of the repurchase of own shares, amounts to 144,869,780. This transparency is in compliance with Article L.233-8 of the Commercial Code and Article 222-12-5 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority.
