Intellias Launches Agentic ServiceOps to Integrate AI into IT Services

Intellias has announced the launch of Agentic ServiceOps, a managed IT service employing agentic AI for IT service management and operations. This new service aims to enhance efficiency from service desks to infrastructure while reducing escalating costs due to complexity.

Agentic ServiceOps introduces an Intelligent Orchestrator Layer into existing systems, improving the resolution of IT tasks. It reduces the need for escalations and adapts to growing demand without proportional headcount increases, according to Leon Melamed, VP at Intellias.

The offering includes the orchestrator layer, cross-functional teams of AI engineers, and certified global operations. Practical results show high accuracy and significant workload reduction. The service is available for enterprises, starting with pilot initiatives.
