Integratel Perú Enhances Efficiency with Amdocs Partnership

Amdocs, a key software and services provider for communication companies, has announced a multi-year managed services agreement with Integratel Perú. The collaboration aims to streamline Integratel Perú's technology infrastructure, facilitating faster market introduction of new services.

The agreement includes application management and technology development, crucial for Integratel's ongoing modernization. A significant component is the adoption of Amdocs Online Charging System (OCS), which will become the foundation for real-time charging, enhancing pricing flexibility and service launch speed.

Integratel Perú also plans to implement aOS for AI-driven automation, reducing manual tasks and improving customer experiences. Juan Pons, COO of Integratel Perú, emphasized the importance of a simplified, agile tech environment for better customer service.

Amdocs' Anthony Goonetilleke expressed support for Integratel Perú's vision to leverage technology for a more customer-centric approach, enhancing flexibility and innovation.
