FCCE is considering a public takeover bid for Installux

On May 26, 2026, FINANCIERE CCE (FCCE), the main shareholder of Installux, signed an agreement to acquire Amiral Gestion's shares. FCCE plans to launch a simplified public tender offer for all remaining Installux shares at a price of €500 per share, valuing the company at €140 million. This offer could lead to a mandatory delisting of Installux from the stock exchange if the conditions are met.

This acquisition involves 17,867 shares, representing 6.38% of Installux's share capital, bringing FCCE's stake to 87.45%. An independent expert will review the financial terms of the offer, which is based on FCCE's available funds and is awaiting only the AMF's approval.
