In response to inquiries from authorities initiated on October 1, 2026, innoscripta SE has commissioned two independent investigations to uncover the facts and review its control mechanisms. Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP has been tasked with fact-finding concerning the investigations, coordinating with the Supervisory Board. Flick Gocke Schaumburg focuses on scrutinizing the organizational and software controls in place at Clusterix. Both investigations are independent, with Willkie directly reporting to the Supervisory Board and FGS sharing its findings separately.
