Innate Pharma and Sobi formalize their partnership

Innate Pharma and Sobi announced the commencement of their strategic partnership, following the fulfillment of the necessary regulatory conditions. This partnership concerns the development of lacutamab for the treatment of T-cell lymphomas. The agreement triggers an initial payment of $75 million and will launch the Phase 3 TELLOMAK-3 trial, scheduled to begin in early 2027.

The objective of this study is to enable the submission of marketing authorization applications for the treatment of Sézary syndrome and mycosis fungoides. Sobi will obtain exclusive worldwide rights to market lacutamab if the study results are positive.
