Infracore extends and complements its offering for GZO buildings
Infracore SA has decided to supplement its offer for the acquisition of the Wetzikon hospital buildings, owned by GZO AG, through a sale and leaseback transaction. Announced on September 17, 2026, in Fribourg, this offer has been extended until October 31, 2026.
The offer amounts to CHF 55 million, with no financing conditions, and will allow GZO to continue its operations without requiring additional capital from the municipalities. Infracore commits to providing emergency financing for GZO's liquidity, including a financial backstop and a potential short-term loan of CHF 10 million.
The transaction is designed to be finalized quickly, depending solely on creditor approval. It is compatible with a potential Thurmed stake in the operation, thereby strengthening GZO's financial security.
