Infotel: Transactions in own shares from July 6 to 10, 2026

Infotel, a company listed on Euronext Paris, has reported its share buyback transactions carried out between July 6 and 10, 2026, as part of its share repurchase program. The transactions took place daily on the XPAR market.

On July 6, Infotel acquired 100 shares at an average price of €40.70. Acquisitions intensified on July 7 with 280 shares at an average price of €40.62. This trend continued in the following days with 275 shares on July 8 at €40.03, and 495 shares on July 9 at €39.46. Finally, on July 10, 600 shares were repurchased at an average price of €40.12.
