Infotel: Share buyback transactions from September 28 to October 2, 2026

Infotel has released details of transactions on its own shares carried out between September 28 and October 2, 2026, as part of its share buyback program.

The transactions took place on the Euronext Paris market (XPAR). On September 28, 753 shares were repurchased at an average price of €39.8013. On September 29, 198 shares were repurchased at €39.4662. On September 30, 790 shares were purchased at €39.9399. On October 1, 300 shares were repurchased at €38.6667, and on October 2, 600 shares were acquired at an average price of €39.7362.
