Infotel: Transactions in own shares in October 2025
Infotel has published details of its share buyback transactions carried out between October 27 and 31, 2025. These transactions are part of its share buyback program. During this period, the company conducted two transactions on the Euronext Paris market (XPAR).
On October 30, 868 shares were acquired at an average price of €41.2613 per share. The following day, October 31, Infotel repurchased 871 shares at an average purchase price of €40.1474. These transactions are detailed on the company's website.
Infotel, listed on Compartment B of Euronext Paris, continues to implement its buyback strategy in order to support shareholder value.
