Infotel: End of a liquidity contract and a new partnership with Invest Securities
Infotel announces the termination of its liquidity contract with Gilbert Dupont, in effect since July 2005, and the establishment of a new contract with Invest Securities. The termination of the initial contract is effective as of today's close of trading. At the time of the transfer, 3,173 shares and €96,753.10 were held in the liquidity account.
The new contract, effective from April 14, 2026, is for a term of two years, automatically renewable, in accordance with AMF regulations. This mandate aims to improve the liquidity of Infotel shares on Euronext Paris. The conditions for suspension and termination are specified in the contract. Infotel's upcoming financial events include the publication of its first-quarter 2026 results and its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
