Infosys Completes Syngenta's Global SAP S/4HANA Transformation

Infosys has successfully implemented Syngenta's global SAP S/4HANA transformation for its Crop Protection business, the company announced on October 27, 2026. This initiative, known as Crop Protection Core (CP Core), supports over 10,000 employees in 80 countries, simplifying operations and enhancing governance. By consolidating multiple ERP systems into a single platform, it streamlines Syngenta’s technology landscape and fosters future innovation.

The platform, built on SAP S/4HANA, improves collaboration across research, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and commercial functions. Powered by Infosys Topaz and Cobalt cloud offerings, the transformation modernizes business processes and enhances data quality. AI capabilities automate routine tasks while maintaining a human-centric approach to decision-making.

Syngenta's Chief Information and Digital Officer, Feroz Sheikh, highlighted the platform's role in enhancing reliability and collaboration. Infosys' Executive Vice President, Jasmeet Singh, emphasized the successful ERP transformation underscores their deep industry expertise and strong partnership with Syngenta.
