Information on voting rights and share capital of Miliboo

On May 5, 2026, Miliboo published information on the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital, as of April 30, 2026. According to Articles L. 233-8 II of the Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation, the share capital consists of 6,930,904 shares.

The theoretical total number of voting rights is 10,940,684, while the actual, or net, total is 10,882,594. The difference between these figures arises from shares deprived of voting rights, such as treasury shares.

It should be noted that Miliboo's statutes include a clause imposing an additional threshold crossing declaration, in addition to the legal requirements.
