INFOCLIP: New governance with BONNET and ROUSSEAU

INFOCLIP has officially announced the appointment of its new management team following a change of ownership to RIVAGE OPCO. Adrien Bonnet has been appointed Chairman of the Board, and Edouard Rousseau now assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer. This decision, ratified on July 30, 2026, follows the Annual General Meeting of June 30, 2026.

Laurent Azoulay has stepped down as Chairman and CEO but remains a board member and becomes Deputy CEO, alongside Eric Melki. Following the resignation of Marc Benmussa, the Board of Directors now comprises four members: Bonnet, Rousseau, Azoulay, and Melki.

This restructuring marks a crucial step in INFOCLIP's development strategy under the leadership of RIVAGE GROUPE, aiming to establish a leading group in IT outsourcing and cybersecurity in France.
