Indotek Group Acquires Full Ownership of Auchan Hungary

Indotek Group has acquired the remaining 53% of Auchan Hungary, becoming its sole owner. This follows 18 months of operational management, during which Indotek improved operational performance and supplier relationships. The acquisition is a key step in the strategic partnership with Auchan Retail International.

Auchan Hungary now operates with financial independence, having secured facilities from Erste, Raiffeisen, and UniCredit. Indotek plans to enhance its commitment to local suppliers and bolster ARHU's market position.

The acquisition ensures continuity in operations for customers, employees, and partners. Indotek CEO Dániel Jellinek expressed confidence in the improvements made, emphasizing further growth and customer offerings enhancement.

Auchan Retail CEO Guillaume Darrasse praised Indotek's reliable partnership, highlighting continued brand and procurement agreements. Both parties expect ongoing benefits from the Auchan network.
