Inadequate quorum for the CIBOX General Meeting
CIBOX Inter@ctive announces to its shareholders that during the Combined General Meeting of June 16, 2025, the quorum reached was 24.64%. This percentage includes shareholders present, represented, or voting by mail. As the required quorum of 25% for the first notice was not reached, the General Meeting was unable to deliberate.
In accordance with the notice published in the BALO on May 9, 2025, a second meeting is planned. It will be held on June 30, 2025, at 10 a.m. at 18 Boulevard Malesherbes, Paris.
