Implenia secures a major project in Münster

Implenia AG has been selected to build the new police headquarters in Münster, with a contract worth over €200 million. This turnkey project aims to provide a modern working environment for more than 1,400 employees.

PPMS Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG was awarded the contract following a successful pre-construction phase. Construction is scheduled to begin this summer, with completion expected in October 2029. The building will include offices, modern laboratory workstations, a canteen, training areas, underground parking, and other specialized facilities.

Implenia is planning a complete BIM project and is aiming for LEED Gold certification. Matthias Jacob, head of the Buildings division in Germany, expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in Implenia, highlighting the company's experience and expertise in large-scale real estate projects.
