Implenia AG: 2025 results up and encouraging outlook

Implenia AG announces positive results for the 2025 financial year. Operating profit (EBIT) reached CHF 140.5 million, surpassing CHF 130.5 million in 2024. The EBIT margin stood at 4.0%. The order backlog exceeded CHF 8.5 billion for the first time, showing an increase of 24.7%.

With free cash flow of CHF 125.3 million and an equity ratio of 23.5%, the company is forecasting EBIT of CHF 150 million for 2026. The Board of Directors proposes to increase the dividend to CHF 1.40 per share, representing an increase of 56%.

Despite a decline in revenue to CHF 3.475 billion, momentum is expected to accelerate from 2027 onwards, bolstered by a targeted growth strategy. Changes within the Implenia Executive Committee will support this ambition.
