ONE EXPERIENCE raises 1.6 million euros to boost its strategy

ONE EXPERIENCE, the European leader in hybrid hospitality, announced the completion of a €1.6 million capital increase. This transaction aimed to strengthen its financial strength and support its Bitcoin-focused strategy, while continuing to develop its traditional activities. In addition to this financial objective, the group plans to issue share subscription warrants and bonds redeemable in shares in the near future. The oversubscription of the shares, reaching a rate of 107.54%, demonstrates the confidence of current and new shareholders in the company's prospects.

The capital increase brought in 1,344,258 new shares, at a unit price of €1.20, representing a discount compared to the previous price. The funds raised will be used primarily to acquire Bitcoins, in line with the company's strategy. Following this transaction, the company's share capital is €1,175,298.20. The new shares are expected to be admitted to the Euronext Growth Paris stock exchange on August 27, 2025.
