ONE EXPERIENCE opens ORA subscription to all investors

The ONE EXPERIENCE (ALEXP) group, specializing in hybrid hospitality in Europe, has announced the opening of subscriptions to its bonds repayable in shares (ORA). Totaling €3 million, these ORAs have a yield of 15% per year and a unit price of €600. Subscriptions are now open to all investors through their financial intermediaries, without preferential rights.

Investors will be able to subscribe freely, with the ORAs being allocated pro rata to requests from the available balance. The issue and delivery of the ORAs are scheduled for October 17, 2025, subject to each intermediary meeting the deadlines.
