ONE EXPERIENCE opens a subscription of €3 million in ORA

On September 5, 2025, ONE EXPERIENCE, a major European player in hybrid hospitality, is launching an issue of bonds redeemable in shares (ORA) of up to €3 million. This transaction aims to support the group's long-term strategy, combining financial innovation and strengthening its core business.

A large portion of the funds, 90%, will be dedicated to the acquisition of Bitcoin, reflecting the company's commitment to digital assets. The remainder will be used to strengthen equity and support the group's traditional activities. The subscription period runs until October 10, 2025, with an annual interest rate of 15%.

The ORAs, priced at €600 each, offer both irreducible and reducible subscription terms. Redemptions will be made in the form of ordinary shares five years after issue.
