Publication of the exercise price of the 2026 warrants
IMMO BLOCKCHAIN announces the opening of the fourth exercise period of the 2026 warrants from June 19 to 30, 2026. These warrants, linked to the shares issued on March 16, 2026, offer holders the opportunity to subscribe to new shares.
The exercise price of the warrants for this period was set at €0.35, calculated on the basis of the average of the closing prices preceding the opening, less a 15% discount. This price cannot be less than €0.10, the nominal value of the shares.
This measure aims to boost investor participation and could positively influence the volume of shares traded during this period.
