ONE EXPERIENCE strengthens its board of directors
The ONE EXPERIENCE shareholders' meeting, held on June 25, 2026, approved the appointment of two new directors. Julien DRABER, co-founder of the subsidiary One Nest, joins the board as a director. With over twenty years of experience in construction and asset management, he will bring his extensive knowledge of the sector.
Jean-Luc FRÉMONT also joins the board as an independent director, replacing Gilles ENGUEHARD. An investment advisor, he will bring an extensive professional network and a keen understanding of investor issues.
This restructuring marks a new dynamic for ONE EXPERIENCE, aiming to accelerate its development in real assets and hospitality.
