Imerys: Half-year review of the liquidity contract as of June 30, 2026
On July 23, 2026, Imerys published a half-year report on its liquidity contract with BNP Paribas. As of June 30, 2026, the liquidity account held 109,871 shares and €1,577,551. During the first half of 2026, 2,594 buy transactions resulted in the acquisition of 384,311 shares for €8,805,160, while 2,414 sell transactions involved 387,750 shares for €8,925,257.
At the time the contract was implemented on April 12, 2021, the liquidity account contained no securities but a balance of €5,000,000. Imerys, a world leader in mineral specialties, achieved sales of €3.4 billion in 2025. Listed on Euronext Paris, the company continues to offer sustainable industrial solutions.
