IMERYS' Half-Year Review of the Liquidity Contract
IMERYS has published its half-year report for the liquidity contract managed by BNP Paribas as of December 31, 2025. The liquidity account contains 122,810 shares and €1,236,687. In the second half of 2025, 975 buy transactions were executed, totaling 132,197 shares for €3,134,480, while 887 sell transactions resulted in the disposal of 118,658 shares for €2,784,839.
When the contract was implemented on April 12, 2021, no securities were held in the liquidity account, which then had a balance of €5 million. This liquidity contract is part of IMERYS' strategy, as a world leader in mineral specialties, to stabilize its share price.
