Imerys Announces Share Capital and Voting Rights Information
On January 9, 2025, Imerys released details regarding its share capital and voting rights as of November 30, 2024. The company reported a total of 84,940,955 outstanding shares. These shares collectively account for 136,223,719 theoretical voting rights, although not all shares carry voting rights due to treasury shares.
After deducting the voting rights associated with treasury shares, the total net voting rights stand at 135,710,668. This information complies with the requirements of the French Code de Commerce and the AMF General Regulation.
