Imerys Announces Share Capital and Voting Rights as of December 2024
Imerys has reported its share capital and voting rights status as of December 31, 2024. The company, a prominent supplier of mineral-based specialty solutions, recorded a total of 84,940,955 outstanding shares. Additionally, the total theoretical voting rights stood at 136,234,076, including shares without voting rights. The number of net voting rights was listed at 135,706,660.
These figures are released in accordance with Article L. 233-8-II of the French Code de Commerce and Articles 221-1 et seq. and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. In 2023, Imerys achieved €3.8 billion in revenue, employing 13,700 individuals across 54 countries. The group specializes in providing high value-added and functional solutions to various industries, contributing to sustainable development and decarbonization efforts.
