Imerys Announces Outstanding Shares and Voting Rights as of February 2026
Imerys has released its figures on outstanding shares and voting rights as of February 28, 2026. The total number of outstanding shares stands at 84,940,955. The company reported 136,577,440 theoretical voting rights. However, the number of net voting rights, adjusted for shares without voting rights such as treasury shares, is 136,025,077.
The announcement is in accordance with article L. 233-8-II of the French Code de Commerce and applicable regulations.
