Imerys Announces Share Capital and Voting Rights as of April 2026
Imerys, a global leader in mineral-based specialty solutions, reported the total number of outstanding shares and voting rights as of April 30, 2026. The company disclosed 84,940,955 outstanding shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounted to 136,574,290, which includes shares without voting rights. Meanwhile, the net voting rights totaled 136,018,120.
The data adheres to Article L. 233-8-II of the French Code de Commerce and Articles 221-1 and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. Additionally, Imerys completed the acquisition of 400,000 shares during April 2026, set to finalize in April 2027.
