Aliko Scientific Expands in Brazil with Launch of Probantes

Aliko Scientific has announced the launch of Probantes, a new molecular diagnostics platform in Brazil, intended to expand the company's reach in South America. Probantes, fully owned by Aliko, is located in Anápolis, Goiás, and will serve as the group’s business unit for FISH and molecular probes.

The establishment of Probantes is supported by a strategic cooperation with Biodetecta, a Brazilian company with expertise in molecular biology. This partnership enables Aliko to leverage local manufacturing while retaining intellectual property and international rights. Probantes is expected to become both a development hub and a commercial bridge for Aliko’s products across Latin America.

The strategic move aims to enhance Aliko's proprietary portfolio and offer long-term growth through an integrated oncology diagnostics platform. Probantes' development and commercialization role aligns with Aliko's goals of market expansion and improved profit margins.
