IEG Achieves Success at KEY - The Energy Transition Expo
The Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) recently concluded its annual energy transition event at Rimini Expo Centre. The expo saw a 10% increase in attendance, with a noteworthy 9% rise in international visitors. The event hosted over 1,000 exhibitors, including 320 international brands, covering 125,000 square meters across 24 halls.
Participants included 530 hosted buyers and delegations from 59 countries, supported by the Italian Trade Agency and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This year's expo emphasized energy efficiency, decarbonization, and the integration of AI in power grids, featuring 160 scientific conferences. Innovation and sustainable employment were highlighted through the Innovation District and Green Jobs&Skills initiatives. The expo also featured the Africa Investment HUB, promoting global cooperation.
