Exclusive negotiations for the sale of CFDP to AG2R La Mondiale

IDI, Groupe Chevrillon, and Fiblac have entered into exclusive negotiations to sell their majority stake in CFDP to AG2R La Mondiale. Since 2016, CFDP, a French legal protection specialist, has expanded its presence in Belgium, Luxembourg, and Spain. Premiums issued have increased from €50 million to over €90 million between 2016 and 2025. This transaction, pending the necessary approvals, is expected to close by the end of 2026. With 245 employees and recognized expertise, CFDP continues to improve access to justice for nearly one million clients, facilitating amicable settlements in 75% of cases.
