Icade Regains Full Ownership of Eqho Tower in La Défense

On July 13, 2026, Icade successfully reacquired the 49% stake in SAS Tour Eqho previously owned by South Korean investors. This acquisition now grants Icade full ownership of this significant property located in La Défense, a premier business district in Paris.

The acquisition aligns with the recent lease renewals, including a renewed lease with KPMG and a new agreement with the Hauts-de-Seine Préfecture in 2025. With these agreements in place, the Eqho Tower is now fully leased, securing predictable rental incomes.

This transaction is financially favorable, delivering a yield exceeding 8%, and promises growth to the Group’s net current cash flow. Even before the acquisition, the asset was fully consolidated in Icade’s financials.

Featuring 79,000 sq.m over 42 floors, Eqho Tower boasts numerous facilities and top ecological certifications. The CEO of Icade highlighted the strategic advantages of this acquisition.
