Minutes of the Icade Combined General Meeting
On May 13, 2025, Icade's combined general meeting was held at Paris La Défense. Frédéric Thomas, Chairman of the Board of Directors, chaired the meeting. The scrutineers included Caisse des Dépôts and Crédit Agricole Assurances.
The quorum reached 80.08% for ordinary resolutions and 80.09% for extraordinary resolutions. All resolutions were approved by a large majority.
In particular, the accounts for the 2024 financial year were approved. A total dividend of €4.31 per share was set. Director appointments and renewals were also ratified. Icade strengthened its commitment to sustainability, as evidenced by the "Say on Climate" and "Say on Biodiversity" resolutions.
The head office will be relocated to Puteaux. Presentations from the meeting are available online.
