Icade's Half-Year Liquidity Contract Report - H1 2026

On July 9, 2026, Icade published a half-year report on its liquidity contract, managed by Rothschild Martin Maurel until June 30, 2026. On that date, the account showed 29,000 shares and 10,896,329 euros.

In the first six months of 2026, Icade recorded 8,498 purchase transactions and 10,530 sales, representing the exchange of 1,756,288 shares for purchase and 1,727,288 for sale. The total transaction value amounted to €35,995,264.58 for purchases and €35,382,508.33 for sales.

At the end of 2025, the account showed zero securities and a balance of €11,509,086. Since its signing in 2019, the contract has undergone adjustments, including a reduction in resources in October 2024.

As of July 1, 2026, management was transferred to Rothschild & Co Global Markets Solutions (Europe) SA, without modification of the terms of the contract.
